首先吧，因為我們很早就訂了這酒店，所以入住時已經忘了自己是訂叢林觀景別墅，而且回到房間已經很晚，所以不知道酒店給錯了房型給了叢林皇家套房我們，事後酒店還理論說皇家套房價格更貴，但事實是我們訂的叢林別墅更貴，先不論價錢，我們要的是叢林別墅的景觀，為此我跟女友都失望了一天，當時還是我生日，而且當晚房間廁所燈是壞的，因為太晚了 ，我們不想麻煩酒店，女朋友洗澡時因為太黑，不能準確摸到洗髮水瓶子而打爛了瓶，我當時睡著了不知道原因是燈是壞的，退房時被charge了40萬印尼盾而沒理論，所以事後想想事情真的很無辜且無奈，事後訂房網站客服有退了200元港幣

整體服務還行，就是和這個價值不對等，整體感覺一般

We booked jungle view villa and we appreciated the upgrade into suite to celebrate our honeymoon. we very much enjoyed our stay. Outdoor shower was awesome, nice bathtub with sweet decoration, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was catered more for westerners though and didn’t really highlight the local cuisine, which, while nice, wasn’t a standout. Didn’t have dinner at the hotel so can’t comment on what that was like. They gave us four cookies each day, however when i asked for extra fruit they said i only got it once as a welcome gift. the salak was delicious.

Мы посещали занятия два дня подряд и остались в полном восторге. Атмосфера, подход и энергия — всё на высшем уровне. Огромное спасибо за этот опыт! Однако, есть и нюансы, которые стоит учитывать. На следующий день после заселения ощутили сильную боль в ногах — из-за большого количества ступенек, которые приходится преодолевать. Это, скорее, особенность отеля, а не недостаток, но людям с ограниченной подвижностью и пожилым гостям будет действительно сложно. Причины, по которым я снизил общую оценку: 1. **Завышенные цены в ресторане.** В среднем, ужин на двоих обходится около \$100, что на 1,5–2 раза выше, чем в других заведениях такого же уровня. Например, рибай за 600 рупий + 21% налог (итого 730 рупий) был тонким, замаринованным, и степень прожарки не соответствовала заказанной. Стейк оставил разочарование. Из всех блюд больше всего понравилось ребро, которое готовится 48 часов — действительно достойно. 2. **Отсутствие фотографий в меню.** Это серьёзный недостаток при таких ценах и разнообразии гостей разных национальностей. Людям просто сложно представить себе, что они заказывают. 3. **Медлительный персонал.** Сервис, к сожалению, оставляет желать лучшего. Пример: я пришёл в спа за 4 минуты до назначенного времени, и меня никто не встретил. Ждал в одиночестве, пока ровно в назначенное время не подошёл сотрудник. Элементарное внимание к деталям и заблаговременная подготовка явно отсутствуют. 4. **Переоценённый массаж.** Да, вид у реки впечатляющий, но двухчасовая программа явно не стоит своих денег (с налогом на пару 4,8 млн): полноценный массаж длился около часа, остальное время — скраб и просто ожидание. Это ощущается как неэффективное использование времени и средств. 5. **Проблемы при выезде.** Несмотря на то, что я сообщил точное время выезда (12:30), мне сообщили, что выезд строго до 12:00. В 12:00 следующего дня я уже был с багажом у виллы, но его забрали только через полчаса — несмотря на звонки и сообщения. В результате я потерял время, которое мог бы провести у бассейна. Дополнительно, когда прибыло такси, багаж всё ещё не был доставлен вовремя, хотя я самостоятельно пошёл по лестнице, чтобы ускорить процесс. Сервис в этом плане, увы, провалился. **Итог:** место с невероятной природой и атмосферой, которое хочется рекомендовать, но только с оговорками. Уровень сервиса и ценовая политика явно нуждаются в пересмотре.

Прекрасная вилла, красиво и чисто, завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, так как комплекс на горе, есть фуникулер, бассейн очень освежает, есть джакузи, расположение нас устроило, так как мы передвигались на байке, единственный момент при выборе виллы, я бы выбирала те, что выше по горе, так как мы жили около спа вида особо не было, это печально, на фото не понятно что вилла в самом низу, персонал очень приветливый

It’s easily one of the most beautiful and memorable places I’ve ever visited. The experience started off incredibly special as the team prepared a romantic villa to help us celebrate our second anniversary. The attention to detail, the warm atmosphere, and the stunning natural surroundings created the perfect setting for what would become an unforgettable 訂房網站. Later during our stay, I proposed to my girlfriend—and she said yes! The love and care the staff put into everything made the whole moment feel like it was straight out of a fairytale. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were even welcomed personally by the owner, who is such a lovely and down-to-earth person. From the lush jungle views to the peaceful ambiance and world-class service, Nandini Jungle is more than just a resort—it’s an experience we’ll cherish forever. I couldn’t recommend it more, especially for couples looking for a romantic and meaningful escape.

the best hotel ever, i love it the staff and all the structure, the restaurant too

I had a very comfortable stay here. The room is huge. Actually it's more like a villa on its own. I was lucky to be staying near the restaurant. The resort is surrounded by nature, and its further away from Ubud. Being in the nature, naturally you will have ants, lizards and some insects around. So do remb to shut the doors when you are in the room and thankfully there is a curtain surrounding the bed. They have the electronic insect repellent for you too. Room keeping was prompt on a daily basis. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. They even made the effort to address you by your first name. Before checking in, there will be a little blessing ritual for you. Drinking water is readily available in your room. You can ask for top-up with no additional charges. You will be greeted with a plate of local fruits upon arrival in your room. The room has many PowerPoint for you to charge your devices and personally I had no use for the adaptor I brought as the switch itself is quite friendly with built-in adaptor. The welcome drink is really tasty. They term it Jamu. Breakfast was sumptous even with good vegetarian options. You will enjoy complimentary: - Yoga session in the evening - Shuttle bus to Ubud twice a day - Tea break - Evening cookies placed in your room Personally I think you can skip the spa. There is a cute cable car bringing you up and down as there are really many steps. You can hear the roosters every now and then. Which adds to the experience. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this is the resort for you. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. We have been to a lot of hotels and The staff here were probably the best staff we have encountered on our travels. Food was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. The reception were very eager to help us find activities to do. Over all a fantastic stay and we would love to come back again thank you!!
